Where Is The Service Tag On A Aleinware Graphics Amplfier

So i have been using my alienware laptop with a amplifier equiped with a gtx 980 ti for a couple of months but well-nigh 3 days ago i saw that my performance wasnt good and then i checked and it was using intergrated graphics, even so the gta 980 ti still showed up at device direction. I thougt updating the drivers would fix this but it didnt, i saw a video on youtbe where they used DDU to uninstall all drivers and so install them again. I tried this but this didnt work. And since i tried this it doesnt have video output anymore. Please someone help me solve this trouble

Check and see which BIOS version y'all're on at the moment and utilise your service tag on Dell's support folio to find drivers for your laptop. You should be having a commuter for the dock/external GPU adapter.

If y'all take BIOS updates pending, gradually work your way upwardly to the latest version. On that note, did you reinstall the drivers(afterwards DDU) using the latest drivers found off of Nvidia's support folio? You might also want to see which version of Windows 10 you lot're currently on.
