Very ho-hum to open. Aprox 50% of time when I receive notification the something has been captured but images are shown, just the default logo. Many times there has been people in the picture but to alert has been recorded. Then a spider in the distance of a sudden triggers a warning. Have had weeks in row where some of the camera were said to be offline. One camera was stated as offline every night - I doubtable it happened every time it went to IR mode, then two weeks ago it has been online effectually the clock. I gave upward on the cloud service, it worked for the first viii hours then didn't tape anything there afterwards. Talked to support after lengthy wait and was told cloudservice is not working and to remove cloud service in this app.
New Upgrade Much Better
The new upgrade made getting into my cameras MUCH faster. I was nervous to take the upgrade as at least it worked. Only I hated how slow it was to acquire a photographic camera. After seeing a couple positive reviews I took it. Glad I did. This is moving in the right direction. Please keep that up. Cheers!!!
